「有时候,眼前之景固然令人向往,但身后之景也别有天地呢。」
Fukengaku is a gentle, patient, and eternal Mountain God who quietly watches over the mortals living at the foot of his peaks. Unlike the gods of Takamagahara who maintain their distance or focus on absolute authority, Fukengaku is deeply connected to mortal life. He acts as a compassionate guide for lost souls—whether it is a traveler caught in a blizzard, a despairing scholar contemplating suicide, or a cursed painter wishing to leave behind a masterpiece before his death. He deeply cherishes the emotions, art, and sincere offerings of humanity. To him, the bond between the mountain and its people is what gives his existence meaning. He does not care whether humans consider him a mere myth or worship him as a deity; as long as that faith and bond are preserved and passed down through generations, Mount Fukengaku will stand tall to protect them for all eternity.

Recommended order of skill investment
Skill 3 is the primary investment because its upgrades provide CRIT DMG reduction, non-CRIT damage amplification, DEF-based ATK support, and eventually the Upper Hand cast.
Skill 2 is the secondary investment because it improves pattern generation, adds cleansing through Mountain stacks, provides the Upper Hand starting stacks, and extends Cloud's damage amplification duration at Lv5.
1-5-5. Skill 1 is largely irrelevant to his support role, with its Lv5 Effect RES increase being useful but not essential compared with his core support upgrades.
💡 Daruma Tip: Because Black Daruma upgrades a random skill, sub-5-5-5 targets have a lucky vs. pity variance range. Stop feeding Black Daruma immediately once key skills reach target breakpoints — non-essential skills do not need to be maxed to Lv.5.
