Skill 3 is the primary investment because it improves both sides of Yan He's kit. Lv2 and Lv4 increase her healing, Lv3 improves Qing Rhythm's Action Bar manipulation, and Lv5 grants Upper Hand, allowing her to immediately begin her Play Music cycle at the start of battle.
Skill 2 is the secondary priority because its upgrades improve her survivability and Rhythm cycle. Lv2 accelerates Rhythm generation from enemy turns, Lv3 increases her Damage Reduction to 40%, Lv4 lowers the Rhythm threshold to 8 stacks, and Lv5 allows her to advance her Action Bar when she reaches the threshold while controlled.
Skill 1 has very low priority because her personal damage is not the core of her kit.
💡 Daruma Tip: Because Black Daruma upgrades a random skill, sub-5-5-5 targets have a lucky vs. pity variance range. Stop feeding Black Daruma immediately once key skills reach target breakpoints — non-essential skills do not need to be maxed to Lv.5.
